Holiday Wine and Food Pairing Dinner

Join us Wednesday December 16th from 6-9pm for a Holiday Wine and Food Pairing Dinner at Speakeasy downtown. We will be discussing and tasting some classic pairings, and a few unusual ones too. The cost is $40 and includes the following food and wine pairings:

Brassfield Serenity white blend served with Oysters with Creme Fraiche and Caviar

La Craie Vouvray Chenin Blanc with Sweetbreads and Risotto

Selby Sauvignon Blanc with Halibut and Orange and Fennel Orzo

Row 11 Pinot Noir and Rabbit Cassoulet

Selby Syrah served with Braised Pork Belly and Heirloom Beans

Budini Malbec paired with Strip Steak, Grits, and Manchego



This will be a sit down dinner, but Rachael and Rose will be mingling about answering your questions and offering up advice on pairing food with wine. Don't miss it!
